Livo Technologies SAS ('Livo') is an early stage French software company which develops and sells a new, patented 3-factor authentication system, the GenonymTM. The Genonym enables Internet users to strongly authenticate themselves, with multiple, common identifying information such as a PIN code, a computer and a portable, personal device.

The beauty of the authentication breakthrough is that it turns common end-user devices - such as a mobile phone, a USB memory stick or an iPod - into strong user authentication tokens.

Livo targets Identity Management vendors and service Providers ("IdM"/"IdP") as well as Internet content and service providers ("SP"/"RP"s) who need to strengthen the authentication of extended user bases with a strong, user-friendly and cost-efficient authentication system. Livo business model is to OEM its Genonym technology as a 'must-have' authentication component of next-generation fixed and mobile Internet infrastructure.

Based in Paris, France, the Company is headed by Frederic Engel, formerly with ActivIdentity, and Jean-Michel Livowsky, inventor of the Genonym system.
